Healthy Living Week 13-17 June


The first practice of King's College London KDS is on June 14th as part of King's Healthy Living Week to promote health and  fitness. Other activities include a Rags and Riches Walk in the Strand area and a hash Run at Guy's.

From the King's fitness team, here as some of the benefits of regular exercise:

New practice venue and time


King's College London practices have moved to Saturdays 3-4pm in Waterloo. The first practice at the new venue is 12 November. The address is Kinetic Fitness Club, KCL Student Union, Cornwall Road, London SE1 9NQ. All welcome.

Practice moved to 10am, new venue


For the next three months, practices will be at LSBU on London Road, from 10-11am. The nearest tube is Elephant and Castle.
