We've decided to retire the old www.harlowkarate.co.uk website and make www.karatedoshotokai.com/clubs/essex the home of our new site. So far, it's just the basic details, but we do plan to add more content soon!
Please note that the previously advertised start time for Sunday's session at the Harlow Leisure Zone is incorrect. The session starts at 10.30 am and runs until 1 pm

Using the Bo…so bring a Bo
Bo Kata – Taikyoku Shodan & Matsukaze
All grades are welcome, although some prior experience of using a bo and the bo kata would be beneficial
Venue: Harlow Dance Centre, Latton Bush Centre, Southern Way, Harlow CM18 7BH
Go to the upper back car park on the left hand side as you drive in to the Latton Bush Centre
If you are coming to Harlow on the train or bus, we can provide transport form the terminals (if you let us know in advance…)
2 hour break for lunch so we’ll go into Harlow centre, where there are a number of eateries.
