The Cardiff Karate-do Shotokai club (KDS) has been training in Cardiff for over 30 years.
The club has members across a wide age range (17 to 50+) and from all levels from beginners to 5th Dan. We are a friendly welcoming club always willing to help each member get the best out of their training no matter what their age or level of physical fitness.
We've been training at the Heath Hospital Sports and Social club for a number of years now and this has proven an excellent location.

Beginners welcome to both Thursdays and Saturday morning sessions.
