Teaching the way of Master Mitsusuke Harada
After many years of hard training Dr Anand Pandyan of Keele University KDS and Dr Christopher Gidlow of Staffordshire University KDS have been awarded their Black Belts!
Both Anand and Chris are seen here after their "usual" heavy training session. Members of both clubs wish them good luck, many congratulations and a big well done!!
The annual KDS Summer School held at the University of Kent in Canterbury is the largest event on the KDS Calendar and was attended by delegates not only from all over the UK but also from Finland, Estonia, Spain, Israel, Switzerland, France, Germany, Belgium.
The course ran over six days with six hours training each day and was overseen by our Principal and Chief Instructor, Mitsusuke Harada Sensei MBE.

All those who attended enjoyed the course and it was a great chance for the Keele University and Staffordshire University delegates to represent their universities at this international event and train under the watchful eye of Harada Sensei himself.
